Life: Project Life Coach is about trying to capture the essence of Life and to share this essence with others. Through personal care with food, gentle exercise and an understanding of the connection between mind, body and spirit we are able to heal and improve our experiences. It is individual experience of this process that has inspired this project. I have learned that when I am healthy I am able to follow my true calling which for me includes creativity, being close to nature, travel, cycling, dance, yoga, meditation, expression and self reflection. Through 'Project Life Coach' I hope to continue coaching myself through Life whilst opening the door for others. There is a big plan for the project however, in life we have to take one step at a time to develop and grow. So here you will see the steps, be able to offer your support and see the project grow. 'Project Life Coach' aims to get the balance right in work, play, socialising, healing ourselves and creating a more sustainable future for the earth. Life is a lesson and there is so much to learn. ~ Come to Life ~
